Jason is seeking an organised, efficient with attention to detail and confident person to assume the role of Internal Sales Representative.
The successful person will work with our valued clients across government, construction, mining and general commercial markets.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Utilising systems to produce quotations, process orders and general data entry
- Answering telephone enquiries and managing walk-in customers and providing a customer centric response.
- Meeting monthly sales requirements from your allocated portfolio
- Growing client accounts, customer retention and cross selling of our products and services
- Providing excellent service to clients through end to end responsibility
- Proactively following up on quotes to maximise sales pipelines and opportunities
- Ensure the Organisation’s CRM system is kept up to date with lead and sales pipeline opportunities.
- Actively support overall sales strategy retaining/growing existing client revenue
- Respond to the requests for quotation and information in a timely manner
- Effectively and efficiently processing client orders and ensuring jobs are tasked to production in a timely fashion.
- Seek feedback from clients to monitor service delivery
- Ensure Leads are populated so visibility is maintained for key opportunities.
- Use a sense of urgency to solve issues- escalate issues as required.
- Monitor sales order DIFOT dates to ensure that customer due dates will be met for orders.
To be considered for this role you should:
- Have experience in sales/customer service preferably in signage or a safety related field.
- Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess customer needs.
- A knowledge of different signage materials and manufacturing methods will be highly advantageous but not critical.
- Sound negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands
- Sound communication skills, oral and written
- Enjoy working as a team player but be capable of working autonomously when required.
