RaptorTech is seeking an Internal Sales Representative (ISR) for our flagship Unicontrol 3D GPS Machine Control and Survey solution. This is an important role in our rapidly expanding Sales organisation with real opportunities for career growth.
An ISR will play a key part in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
This is a part time role with the potential to move to full time in the future.
Working within a tight knit group in our fast-growing WA operation, this role performs a key function in our sales team. Comfortable making numerous calls per day, updating systems, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities will include:
- Actively support and drive efforts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Manage digital incoming communications and leads (live chat and website) with prospective customers to convert to opportunities.
- Help manage online content, posts and customer engagement.
- Generate leads and close sales through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis and feedback
Experience and requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales roles, preferably in industrial products or technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and understand new products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High-level of initiative and self-motivation and goal oriented.
