AddressIn this dynamic Internal Sales Representative role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Working with some of the best in the business, you will:
- Be responsible for actioning customer requests and enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and via email regarding pricing and product information.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and inactive customers and prospects.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure orders are completed and dispatched correctly.
- Use internal systems to accurately provide resolution of customers’ enquiries, quotes, and orders.
- You’re an upbeat and personable professional with experience in customer service and/or sales.
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a high level of initiative, proactivity, and self-confidence – you are eager to connect and interact with customers of varying demographics.
- You have a thirst for product knowledge and a real drive to learn new skills and build a long-term career.
- A real team player, you’re always prepared to jump in and do what it takes to deliver premium customer service.
- You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
