As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our team of external Sales Representatives to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building. You will be self-motivated, results-driven, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Work closely with our external sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably industrial within the welding industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Comprehensive computer skills.
- Full driver's license.
