The residential construction space has a diverse range of waterproofing solutions for exterior and interior designs. They have a broad range of products catered for different applications ranging from waterproof graded panels, decorative panels, balcony systems and indoor shower base kits. Selling to Residential builders and resellers such as Mitre 10, Bunnings and Dahlsens. This forward-thinking company boasts a solid reputation within the local community and aims to broaden its visibility by recruiting a pivotal figure to engage with residential and waterproofing contractors in VIC.
THE ROLE
- Based in Southeast Melbourne, you will be responsible for the clients at a state level.
- Our client supplies waterproofing panel solutions for interior and exterior designs for residential builders and resellers such as (Bunnings, Mitre 10, Home Timber and Hardware, Tait, Dahlen and smaller independents).
- You will be responsible for providing customers with product solutions based on product knowledge.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, process client orders and liaise with suppliers and clients.
- There will be an extensive amount of time spent on training on the product range and brands.
- You will also be responsible for lead generation, customer service, documentation and handling outbound calls.
- THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: A background in Internal Sales or trade sales experience.
- Ideally, a background in the construction or industrial industry would be advantageous.
- The location of office is based in Southeast Melbourne ideally looking for someone who can commute 5 days a week.
- Positive attitude, proactive and strong work ethic and adaptable to each situation.
- Having the ability to manage their own time efficiently.
