What will this involve?
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
- Work with the sales team to handle customer inquiries, emails and social media enquiries
- Listen to clients' requirements and offer needs-based solutions to deliver optimum sales
- Develop and maintain our ecommerce platforms
- Manage inbound calls, customers queries and online requests
- Introduce and promote new products and ranges
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
What will you need?
- Experience in a similar role and a proven track record (2 years' experience)
- You will have competitive drive and ability with a can do attitude
- Internal sales and account management experience
- Ecommerce sales experience
- Experience using SAP AND Microsoft 365
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Ability to plan and execute profit, budget and forecast reports
- Can do attitude with drive and determination to succeed
- Team player that is a proactive problem solver
