CSE Uniserve Pty Ltd is an innovative supplier of electrical power management and protection technologies providing engineered solutions to industries throughout Australia and New Zealand. Due to substantial growth, we seek a dynamic, energetic and customer-focused Internal Sales and Office Administrator to be located in our Port Melbourne office as part of our national sales team.
This opportunity will have you join as a key member of our National Sales Team providing Sales Coordination and Administration that is essential to our growth and execution of our business strategy. You will work with our sales team and our existing clients to prepare order quotations, process sales orders, provide administration support, and champion CSE Uniserve’s internal policy and procedures.
This will include:
- Processing of Sales Orders and supporting administration
- Excellent customer service to our inbound clients
- Support scheduling of travel arrangements for the team
- Be the “go to” for general administration in the sales team.
- Proactively assist customers with sales inquiries and follow ups.
What will you bring the role?
- Excellent customer service/communication skills with a proven track record of in a customer service or customer facing role
- Advanced general administration experience, with a sound understanding of MS Office applications (Including Excel).
- High Attention to detail, with the ability to priorities your day with a goal orientated focus
- A “Can Do” attitude with the ability to problem solve and think on your feet, for the benefit of supporting the team and achieving our goals.
- A strong safety focus, and ability to understand and oversee internal policies and procedures for the team.
