We're open to receive expressions of interest for our upcoming face-to-face program in Gosford. We are currently seeking a local Trainer/Assessor to deliver CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support – Ageing/Disability 2, possibly 3 days per week within a face-to-face classroom setting.

The Opportunity:
We are open to receiving expression of interest for casual Trainer/Assessors to deliver CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support – Ageing/Disability onsite in GOSFORD within a face-to-face classroom setting. We are flexible on days, but you must be available to commit and deliver across 2 or 3 consecutive days, which we are open to discuss with YOU! This role offers a great dailyrate, and YOU will be supported by one of our dedicated and experienced ProgramCoordinators.
Essential Criteria/Requirements:
- Current qualification CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support – Ageing/Disability. *
- *If you have not upgraded to the new CHC qualification, CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support – Ageing/Disability you MUST be enrolled to complete and able to provide evidence of enrolment or willing to upgrade.
- Industry Currency - Relevant and current industry experience in Ageing/Disability (Working in the relevant industry part-time, casual, volunteer) and able to provide evidence.
- VET PD which is current.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Demonstrated experience in the online delivery and assessment of training programs.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in a competency-based training environment.
- An understanding of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses.
- Demonstrated experience with VET Quality Framework and understanding of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
- High level of interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficiency in using learning management systems such as Canvas.
- Working with Children Check/Willing to obtain
- A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
