Intranet, Website & Content Administrator

This position can be located at: Tweed Heads, Lismore, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, or remote

Part-time, permanent position. 30-hours per week, working across 4 - 5 days.

Start date to be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Work Requirements:

• A current/valid Australian Driver’s Licence and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment.
• A National Police Check.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology (Web Development); or other relevant qualification with at least two years' experience in a similar role; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
• Demonstrated skill operating within a CMS environment and with the components of common web technology (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
• Skills in coding HTML, CSS, Javascript.
• Awareness of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

Work Experience:

• Two to five years’ experience in a similar role, with demonstrated capability to implement or manage web sites or intranets in a CMS environment.
• Experience in the Elcom Intranet platform would be highly regarded.

• The ability to quickly understand the internal and external environment of the Lismore Diocese and the broader education sector in which it operates.
• The ability to work individually and collaboratively as part of a team, as well as working effectively across all stakeholder groups as required.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at one time effectively utilising available resources.
• Following and meeting established protocols in relation to service delivery, confidentiality and child protection.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with a professional, proactive and collaborative approach.
