About the role:
Reporting to the Planner this role will be responsible for delivering the right products, at the right price and at the right time.
What you will be doing:
- Allocation of inventory into stores for replenishment, new lines/ranges, promotions and special sales events
- Analysis, evaluation and recommendations on product and store performance
- Research and understand seasonal trends – opportunities and risk
- Maximising business results through optimising our inventory within the Fish category
- Monitoring inventory levels across supply chain channels to allow a smooth flow of stock
About You:
- Minimum 1 year + experience in allocations within the retail industry
- Any experience within retail and in Fish category will be advantageous but not mandatory
- Intermediate Excel skills - solid understanding of the program and comfortable using basic formulas, pivot table and v lookups
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritise & high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
