An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Inventory Analyst to join a global leader of Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances. Based off-site at one of Australia’s leading Warehousing and Logistics companies, this is a unique role that allows you to work alongside 2 professional teams. Initially an ongoing contract, there is the definite possibility of permanency after 12 months.
What you will bring to this role:
- Strong reconciliations and analytical skills
- Experience working in warehousing and logistics
- A thorough understanding of 3PL processes
- Experience in stock control
- Intermediate computer skills with exposure to ICS and/or SAP
- Strong Excel skills
- A strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Mandarin speaking is beneficial, however not essential
- Daily reconciliations of all stock on hand and stock movements
- Thoroughly investigate all discrepancies and report results to the Logistics Manager
- Monthly stock-takes
- $40 plus super per hour
- 38 hours per week (9 am to 5pm Monday to Friday)
