We're seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to join their team and ensure the seamless execution of their Merchandise Range Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the planning team to launch new products, strategically allocating stock based on store budgets, layout, and VM quantities to optimise stock placement in stores
- Review replenishment levels daily, maximising stock availability in alignment with sales trends and store sizes.
- Analyse stock on hand reports and provide recommendations for stock transfers and consolidations to enhance overall inventory efficiency.
- Recommend visual displays and buy quantities for both VM and Planning teams.
- Generate analyses and reports for Retail, VM, and Planning teams reflecting product and promotional sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in inventory management, stock control or retail operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
