A snapshot of your role….
- Focus on processing daily and weekly invoices through our internal system, leveraging automated task flows
- Maintain the integrity of our database by accurately inputting and updating customer information, interactions, and transactions
- Correct errors, updating information, or reconciling discrepancies related to returned items or services
- Provide support for booking delivery and return items whenever the team encounters overflow or increased demand
- Enter financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail
