Join our client's transport operation in Brooklyn, 3012, as a warehouse administrator in this permanent full-time role offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $70,000 plus Super.
Qualifications:

• Proficient in computer operations
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of materials handling and warehousing in the transport industry

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate data entry for efficient record-keeping
• Transmit Proof of Delivery (POD) and weighbridge information promptly
• Manage invoicing processes
• Perform regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers, meeting daily service requirements and KPIs
• Assist with site audits to uphold operational standards
