About the Role
The Inventory Support Officer is a key position in our busy finance and administration team. Responsibilities include:
- Entering and extracting data and information from relevant software platforms with a high-degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Identifying errors, issues or omissions in documentation such as creditor invoices, and making appropriate enquiries to obtain further information
- Responding to requests for information and access to relevant files
- Provision of accounts and administrative support to other members of the finance team
- Provision of relief/back-fill support for other administrative roles as required
About You
Your positivity and can-do attitude will be demonstrated by your ability to learn quickly and willingness to undertake any task at hand. You will thrive as part of a busy and supportive team, in a hardworking but friendly workplace culture, where your excellent attention to detail, time management and multitasking skills will be consistently engaged.
You will bring:
- Your previous experience in administration and/or accounts
- Excellent data-entry skills and an eye for detail
- High degree of competency using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel e.g. The ability to confidently interrogate data, formulas, look-ups, etc.
- An ability to work well within a team and autonomously.
- A flexible, can-do approach, with the ability to pivot and multitask when required.
