The role makes enquiries and undertakes compliance cases and participates in pro-active compliance activities to identify non-compliance.The position undertakes a broad scope of duties, including:Conducts inspections and investigations to establish the facts of matters.Prepares written documentation, reports and accurate case notes regarding compliance issues and investigations.Recommends and facilitates appproved enforcement actions in line with approved policies.Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.A full statement of duties for the position can be found in the attached Job Description Form (JDF).There are two positions available for immediate filling.Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be appointed to other similar vacancies that occur throughout the Agency over the coming 12 months.About WorkCover WAWorkCover WA is responsible for regulating and administering the workers’ compensation scheme on behalf of the government and community of Western Australia.
