ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for two new Investment Analysts to join our expanding Investment Management team at Scape. As our Investment Analysts, you will have a vital role in our dynamic and growing Investment Management team. You will participate in all aspects of investment management – from finding, executing, managing, and reporting on real estate investments. You will have a keen interest in real estate investment, and excellent analytical and communication skills. To excel in this role, you will also need:
- A degree in finance, commerce, property, or economics (preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, or funds management
- Knowledge of the Australian real estate investment market
- Experience with cash flow modeling and investment valuation methods for new development projects, core assets and portfolios.
- Excellent numerical and financial modeling skills
This position is based in our Sydney HQ office and requires working on-site from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We offer flexible work options, such as starting or finishing early or working from home occasionally, subject to approval from your manager.
