The role:
Reporting to the Head of Alternative Investments and Responsible Investment, this position's focus is sourcing and evaluating the strength of investment opportunities for a variety of clients. This involves
- High quality investment research and insights on identified Alternative Investment opportunities, providing robust information that supports and speaks to the quality of the investment
- Understand and communicate investment recommendations, completing ongoing reporting to JBWere clients and advisers through cohesive written reports and insights
- Support the delivery and uplift of JBWere's Responsible Investment policy and framework, assisting in the production of client and advisor collateral
What you will bring:
- Demonstrable experience in Alternative and/or Responsible Investments highly desirable
- Prior experience researching complex investments highly regarded
- Outstanding communication both written and verbal, can confidently articulate complex information to a variety of audiences in numerous formats
- Strong commercial acumen, good awareness to make decisions that align or consider wider strategic business/client objectives
- Well-developed stakeholder management, able to foster and engage strong working relationships across the business
- Growth mindset, is hungry to learn and eager for feedback, is willing to adapt in order to progress and demonstrates resilience
