The Role As an Industrial Transactions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic growth initiatives through detailed analysis of industrial real estate transactions. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence for industrial real estate transactions. Evaluate potential investment opportunities, assessing risk and return profiles. Prepare detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and investment memos. Collaborate with the acquisitions team to identify and underwrite new industrial properties. Support the negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements. Maintain market intelligence and stay abreast of industry trends and developments. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and investment committees. Skills and Experience Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field 2+ years of experience in industrial real estate analysis or a similar role. Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis. Knowledge of the industrial real estate market and key factors influencing transactions. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
