This fantastic opportunity has become available due to the internal promotion of the prior incumbent.The Investment Analyst is responsible for assisting in delivering the valuation, forecasting and reporting program for GPT’s $4.9b logistics portfolio. The role will also assist the Asset Management and Development teams to provide analysis in support of new projects and major leasing transactions.In this role, you will also be responsible for completing financial modelling, analysis and reporting in support of ongoing strategic initiatives of the Group.
