The Opportunity
A requirement is available for an Investment Analyst. The role is responsible for providing analysis and research for investment management activities, including asset acquisitions, development projects and M&A. This role sits within the asset management team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Involved in transactions from end-to-end including research, deal evaluation
- Post-investment asset management
- Supporting the team’s real estate market research and analysis requirement
- Assisting with and supervising the preparation and management of annual budgets
- Preparing board reports
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or its equivalent
- Excellent financial acumen
- Advanced Excel skills
- Must have a strong analytical mind
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
