Due to strong growth in its business, Shaw and Partners is seeking to add a Senior Investment Analyst to its team reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer. You will be responsible for the provision of high-quality research support to our leading team of private wealth advisors across the country, working with our investment partners both domestically and offshore. You will create and curate written content, provide input into asset allocation, manager and security selection, approved product lists and model portfolios and assist with marketing and proposal generation.
Ideally, you are an experienced professional used to dealing with complexity, will be highly intelligent, have excellent attention to detail, be comfortable dealing with clients, passionate about investments and possessing a strong work ethic. You will be very process driven, have a desire to understand markets and an ability to synthesise new information and data. Your role will be varied, analysing multiple asset classes, sectors and investment disciplines, as well as presenting to the media, clients and advisers.
You will be an excellent communicator, having the ability not just to understand, but to be understood and be adept at dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
