Due to growth, our client is seeking a talented portfolio analyst and transactions professional to join their Brisbane office full-time.
Role overview:
Joining our client as a Portfolio Analysis & Transactions specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director to evaluate real estate opportunities and maximise returns for clients. This multifaceted role offers significant growth potential as our client expands its presence in Investments, Syndication, Advisory, and Transactions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting Due Diligence on potential acquisitions and investments
- Providing accurate property research to the Property Team
- Performing Financial Modelling & reporting
- Assisting in Business Development & Origination initiatives
Under the guidance of the Managing Director, you will oversee:
- New acquisition opportunities, including agent liaison, site inspections, and feasibility studies
- Development of strategic asset plans for existing fund assets
- Continuous review and adaptation of fund strategies based on investor requirements
- Developing a robust reporting framework for investors
- Building and nurturing relationships with investors, tenants, landlords, and agents
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in medium to large organizations, preferably in real estate investment management (preferred).
- Bachelor of Property Economics or similar.
- Strong financial acumen, with proficiency in financial analysis, investment modelling, and valuation analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in new business development and client assessment.
- Strong research and reporting skills.
