Role Perspective:

As a Wealth Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role to actively drive sales and business growth by providing wealth strategy and property investment services for our clients. Build and maintain a results-oriented approach, offering leadership, training, and mentoring to help exceed sales targets. Cultivate professional, long-term relationships with clients through quality engagement and exceptional service. Participate in digital workshop events and real estate sales events, discussing various financial topics during one-on-one appointments, including debt management, savings strategies, budgeting, and property investment. Identify potential referrals to Financial Planners and accountants. Foster strong internal and external relationships with staff, vendors, and business partners to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Meet with clients to establish needs and explain the benefits of the Company’s products and services.
  • Maintain client engagement throughout the process, ensuring seamless transitions from enquiry to settlement.
  • Call new clients post-events to update portals and ensure document receipt.
  • Stay informed about Company products, services, and competitors for detailed client comparisons.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Finance, and other departments for expert advice and assistance.
  • Promote a strong sales and service culture, maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Update CRMs with Masterclass and Property tour results.
  • Assist in organising events, including guest speakers and materials.
  • Work with the finance team to collect documents from clients’ 1-1 appointments.
  • Provide feedback to the General Manager on client experiences, marketing, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Conduct presentations to promote the Company’s products and services.
  • Provide weekly sales reports to the General Manager.
  • Ensure all files and documents meet Company standards.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new Wealth Strategists.
  • Build strong relationships within the Company, sharing feedback and celebrating successes.
  • Suggest process and strategy improvements based on experiences and client feedback.
  • Address staff and client queries ethically, escalating unresolved issues.
  • Maintain the Company’s positive reputation by adhering to standards, expectations, and compliance requirements.
     

Qualifications:

  • Open Real Estate Licence (required)
  • 2-3 years experience in property/real estate sales
  • Background in finance highly beneficial
  • Certificate IV in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking (preferred but not essential). 
  • Diploma in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking (preferred)
  • PIPA/QPIA accreditation highly regarded
  • Clear Police and Credit check (mandatory)

Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option. Successful candidates must be prepared to work exclusively from the office in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast, QLD.
