Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the client experience from application to settlement, ensuring exceptional standards of customer service and satisfaction are maintained.
- Develop and execute streamlined strategies for loan application processes, ensuring alignment with company policies, industry regulations, and third-party standards.
- Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track performance metrics, and conduct data analysis to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain a high level of compliance with Anti Money Laundering regulations and lender accreditations across the team.
- Engage proactively with third-party professionals, participate in promotional events, conduct presentations, and leverage networking opportunities to strengthen business relationships and bolster IGC branding.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with Wealth Strategists and key stakeholders to prioritize client satisfaction and identify avenues for business growth.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing team performance, client interactions, and key metrics for management review and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Sound knowledge of consumer lending and financial products.
- In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and team management.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term business growth.
- Cert IV in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking (Mandatory).
- Diploma in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking (Optional).
- 2-3 years’ industry experience (essential).
- 2-3 years’ experience in a managerial/leadership role (essential).
Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option. Successful candidates must be prepared to work from the office in Norwest, Sydney, NSW, and a potential future CBD office. Occasional travel to HQ in Gold Coast, QLD required
