About the role: 

As an Investment Specialist at No1 Property Guide, you will contact clients who have expressed interest in building their property portfolios or investing in one of our funds. 
 

Using your knowledge of super, SMSF, and property investment, you will help clients achieve their personal wealth goals through one of our investment products.

You will also play an integral role in securing capital for investment funds, helping to build hundreds of homes across Australia. 
 

Your responsibilities will include

• Calling inbound enquiries who have expressed interest in investing through our brands.
• Conducting basic assessments to determine the suitability of our products.
• Strategising and creating investment opportunities for clients.
• Collecting necessary information and documentation from potential clients.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients and updating them on their enquiry status.
• Collaborating with other internal departments to ensure the best outcome for every client.

Your top skills: 

• Demonstrated expertise in superannuation, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs), investment properties, investment funds, or capital raising.
• Completion of the RG 146 Generic Knowledge or willingness to obtain it.
• Completion of the RG 146 Managed Investments or willingness to obtain it.
• Possession of a Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• A genuine passion for assisting individuals in expanding their wealth through investment strategies.
   

Bonus points for:

• Previous experience in house and land packages, real estate or mortgages.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Knowledge of the property market.
