THE POSITION 

• Work with our many SDA Smart Home investor enquiries to assist them in understanding the once in a lifetime investment opportunity with the combination of our national A.I. roll out in our SDA compliant properties. 
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain database (Custom CRM).
• After hours/weekend work may be required (Zoom or in-office appointments).

THE SPECIFICS

• Immediate start. 
• Full SDA training provided. 
• Full real estate license required. 
• Drivers license required. 
• As a contractor, your own mobile phone & laptop is required.

THE PERSON

• A team player with an appetite for growth and big picture thinking.
• Be experienced in the Real Estate industry or related industries like Mortgage Brokering knowledge of the current trends in the real estate market – Investment Sales experience preferred.
• Computer skills – such as using Microsoft Office Suite and working with CRM systems.
• Experience using Property Investment Analysis (PIA) software/reports an advantage. 
• Understanding of the many tax benefits of owning an investment property.
• Goal oriented, passionate, energetic and results driven.
• You must believe in following up ALL enquiries and leads until exhausted to your core!
• The ability to build instant rapport with people.
• Immaculate presentation and communication.
• Current drivers’ license.
• Full real estate license preferred. 
• Fluent in Mandarin would be highly desirable.
