Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Team Manager this position will be responsible to ensure that all inbound customer queries are resolved. Supporting customers with after-sales care in relation to consumer electronics and appliances

Key Responsibilities

• Available to start 6th May 2024
• Support customers over the phone to: answer general questions pertaining to their plans, file new or follow-up on service requests
• Ensure that all customer queries need to be answered as per defined processes and procedures
• Be responsible to ensure that all customer queries and problems get resolved within the KPIs
• Be a reliable and trustworthy team member
• Attention to detail and accuracy when completing data entry on customers files
• Be passionate about providing excellent Customer Service and show great empathy

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Customer service experience preferred
• High School or University Graduate preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Tech savvy and comfortable navigating around several programs
• Experience using Salesforce preferred
