Investments Officer - Superannuation

The Role
As an Investment Officer you will be responsible for providing a high level of client service and administration services to members, advisers, trustees and various stakeholders. Your responsibilities may also include, but are not limited to:

• Reporting on various activities including share & managed fund transactions
• Assisting the Investments Specialist in quality checking
• Liaising with stockbrokers regarding cash & trade settlements
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Processing investment switches, share trades and managed fund transactions

  
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates some of, if not all, of the following qualities and experience:

• Experience in Financial Services and knowledge of the ASX (HIGHLY regarded)
• Strong reporting & reconciliation skills
• Ability to plan and organise effectively
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
