Office Administrator

Overview:

We are seeking a vibrant, highly organised and detail-oriented Real Estate Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.  As the backbone of our fast paced real estate office, you will enjoy a varied role where no 2 days are the same.

About the role

This is a great opportunity to work with a boutique team, who are  experienced and professional.  The ideal candidate will be a highly driven individual with a honest, caring and positive attitude.

For the right candidate, we will develop you professionally and personally with leading brands in property market. 

This is an in office role where you will be working in a very fast paced environment.  The role primarily is focused around admin and sales support where your days will vary between speaking to new inquiries and booking appointments to processing sales, following up on contracts and deposits, organising & hosting at events, sales reporting, sales admin tasks & keeping our CRM up to date.
