We're seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in investor and Media Relations, preferably with a background in journalism or related fields.

Jane Morgan Management (JMM) is a boutique investor relations & Media communications consultancy group. For over 17 years, we have been providing strategic investor and Media Relations services to ASX-listed companies across a diverse range of industries, including mining and resources, food and beverage, technology, blockchain, SaaS, cryptocurrency, fintech, and consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, brokers, and shareholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Draft highly engaging and compliant ASX announcements, including quarterly reports.
- Organise and manage webinars, investor presentations, and digital roadshows.
- Event Management: Organise and attend promotional roadshows all across Australia.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform client strategies and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor, media, or related field in an Account Director's role or similar.
- Background in Financial PR is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
