AddressDynamic Creative Account Director
Adylic is an award-winning digital production agency, specialising in delivering dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) strategies and digital ad production across a variety of screens, formats and verticals. We work with clients to deliver more relevant, engaging and efficient advertising through the smarter use of data, technology and testing (rooted to the client's KPIs).
Our approach to DCO is ‘omnichannel' – we serve tailored ads to consumers throughout their digital journey, including across Display (we have built our own proprietary tech, integrated into all key global ad servers), Social (we're certified Facebook & Instagram ‘Creative Marketing Partners') and all types of Video advertising.
The Challenge & Role
The Account Director is the face of Adylic for all client and agency teams that sit within their remit. They are responsible for all work that get delivered and for ensuring the maintenance of strong relationships with clients, media, and creative agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact & strategic client lead on several large key accounts
- Manage and mentor several direct reports to provide a best-in-class service
- Drive sales across the team, manage new business wins & the growth of current clients
- Manage a healthy pipeline of potential clients and drive the growth of the team to support this
- Develop a tight working relationship with our UK Head Office to ensure an optimised workflow
- Working with Media agency & Creative agency partners, establishing a strong working relationship across all appropriate teams within OMG
What we need from you
- 5+ years' experience in a Digital Media position, ideally within leadership.
- The ability to lead and manage a team with experience managing multiple direct reports.
- The gravitas & leadership skills to lead (multiple) client relationships, and be an effective point of escalation
- Strategic thinking to understand a client's business, their marketing challenges and how to effectively deliver against their KPIs
- Detailed knowledge of the digital media landscape – ideally digital display, video, social incl. programmatic planning, buying & ad operations processes would be advantageous
