Investor Services Manager

Vantage is seeking an Investor Services Manager to join the team and contribute to the continued growth of the business by providing exceptional service to existing and prospective investors and their advisers. 

This role will also provide the opportunity to support other areas of the firm and continuously learn and grow within the business. Professional development is important to Vantage and the role of the successful candidate will continue to evolve as the firm grows. 

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

• Deliver a high level of service exceeding investors and their wealth advisers’ expectations with accurate and timely information in relation to their current and prospective investments. 
• Co-ordination of the processing of all investor interactions undertaken by an external independent registry and Vantage’s Finance Team.
• Liaising with investors and/or their wealth advisers for the provision of additional information required to complete the investor onboarding process.
• Quality control oversight of all outgoing Investor related communications. 
• Support the accounts team with obtaining relevant information from the registry and the preparation and delivery of bespoke investor reports and information when requested by investors or their advisers.
• Ensure strong compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Responsibility for answering, addressing, managing, and promptly responding to all investor enquiries.
• Work collaboratively with the Finance, Investment and the Private Markets Teams.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Financial Services, Funds Management, Wealth Advisory or in an Investor Services or Investor Relations role.
• Exceptional communication skills with a high level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people at all levels.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities. 
• Understanding of the confidential nature of work with a high level of professional integrity. 
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. Adobe suite and InDesign skills also desirable.
• A Diploma or University Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Communications or Marketing or a related field is preferred.
