The Opportunity
As part of the Asset Management division of La Trobe Financial, your primary responsibility will be to provide internal support to the Investor Services team. You will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that La Trobe Financials’ standards are reflected in all dealings with investors, advisors, and professionals.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calls dealing with investors, advisors and other professionals.
- Opening of new Investor, Dealer Group and Financial Planner accounts.
- Maintenance of existing accounts
- Preparation of daily banking/cheque processing
- Processing of Deceased Estate accounts, redemption payments and client transfers
- Responding to enquiries from the Investor Services Mailbox
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Generation of Supplementary Product Disclosure Statements (SPDSs)
- KYC/AML/CTR and Suspicious Matters reporting
About You:
- A minimum of one year experience in an administration or similar role desired but not required. Experience within the Financial Planning, Superannuation or Investment Industries would also be advantageous.
- A tertiary qualification in economics, commerce or business will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Excellent administration skills along with a high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment to meet group deadlines.
