Overview:
Join our team as an Investor Relations Campaign Specialist and collaborate closely with the Head of Advisory at Orient Capital for Investor Campaigns. In this role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of our campaigns and associated business units, providing essential operational support to our clients. Your contributions will empower our business development managers to expand our client base through the delivery of multi-channel shareholder engagement campaigns.
This position presents an excellent opportunity for an Associate Relationship Manager looking to transition into Advisory Services.
Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with Relationship Managers and the Head of Advisory Services to execute retail and proxy campaigns for our clients.
- Manage, produce, and analyze daily reports throughout the life cycle of campaigns.
- Execute campaign strategies and project management to meet client expectations.
- Address client queries proactively and efficiently.
- Assist in managing client relationships.
- Oversee the production of campaign materials, including scripts, emails, ads, postcards, micro-sites, surveys, and social media updates.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers, including the contact center, digital solutions, mailhouse, and registries.
- Capture campaign statistics and maintain the campaigns database.
Experience & Personal Attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate at various levels.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Confidence, credibility, and a proven track record of engaging key stakeholders.
- Sound judgment, decisiveness, initiative, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet set target levels.
- Previous relationship management experience with a proven record of building and maintaining relationships.
- Understanding and interest in the financial services and capital markets industry.
- Previous experience or demonstrated understanding of Investor Relations and Corporate Governance.
