ENGEO is looking for an invoicing assistant with at least 4-5 years’ administration/accounts experience who will be based in our Brisbane office. About this role:
Our ideal candidate will preferably have administrative/accounts experience within a professional service environment, a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and great attention to detail. This role will be responsible for generating draft invoices for review and approval by project managers, you will be committed to meeting deadlines and demonstrate effective prioritisation. You will be a new addition to our current team of four, predominantly servicing our Australian team.
With training and support, the position involves:
- End to end invoicing processes, from draft to completion;
- Monthly credit card entry;
- Payroll back-up;
- Weekly timesheet processing;
- Accounts payable entry;
- Proposal setup and project conversions within Vantagepoint;
- Field client queries regarding invoices, payments and contracts;
- Communicating effectively with a variety of employees across the business;
- Support project managers with project reporting and collections; and
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

Essential skills / experience required:
- At least 4-5 years’ administrative/accounts experience.
- Experience with electronic invoicing (desired but not required) (we use Vantagepoint).
- A high degree of accuracy and great attention to detail.
- Proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be proactive with an ability to effectively monitor and prioritise tasks.
