Our client in Laverton North is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join them as an Invoicing Administrator. This role offers an initial temp assignment of 3 months with the potential for permanent placement, providing you with stability and room for growth.
Position Details:
- Days: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
- Work Hours: Office-based role, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Pay Rate: $31.39 per hour + super
- Location: Laverton North, VIC
- Duration: 3 month temp assignment, with a possible view to go permanent
Job Brief/Overview:
Responsibilities: As an Invoicing Admin, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of invoicing processes. Your duties will include:
- Processing invoices efficiently.
- Sending invoices to customers via email.
- Uploading invoices to the portal for easy access.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
- Generating reports from the invoicing system.
- Handling customer queries primarily through email, with occasional phone support.
- Upholding data integrity and accuracy standards for all invoices.
