ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to recent growth within our warehousing facilities in Sydney, opportunities exist at our warehousing branch in Moorebank for the right candidates to join our warehouse operations team. Successful applicants will be able to work within a team or autonomously, have a strong work ethic and have a quality approach to all tasks they undertake.
Tasks will be focused on communication with customers on the day-to-day processing of outgoing orders and incoming freight, stock checks, and meeting KPIs daily.
We are looking for a team player with a great attitude, ability to multi-task, someone who strives to achieve targets, and who is prepared to get in and get the job done.
This is a busy role for someone who likes to get involved, sort queries, and who is passionate about customer service and administration.
The responsibilities of the role include and are not limited to:
- Liaising with internal and external customers and contractors to ensure an efficient and effective service
- The ability to lead, motivate and organise a team
- Challenge the Status Quo
- To promote a safe environment for our team
- Have excellent work ethic and time management skills
- Have strong communication skills
- Understand and manage customer KPI's
- Maintaining existing customer portfolios
- Good Understanding of bonded goods.
