About the RoleReporting to the Training Coordinator Mine Control this role is responsible for enabling learning and development within the IROC+ M1 Maintenance Control team through the delivery of onboarding, training and coaching of crew Trainer & Assessors and ensuring on the job training is delivered to a high quality.
Specialist Line Trainer Accountabilities:
- Ensure the delivery of the IROC+ Learning & Development Strategy, IROC+ Training Framework, IROC+ Training Needs Analysis and IROC+ Training Scheme;
- Confirm all training is being accurately recorded within the Learning Management System;
- Support IROC+ Supervisors in the development and delivery of Individual Training Plans for Controllers;
- Liaise with line leaders identifying training requirements to coordinate scheduling of training and assessment activities;
- Coordinate the onboarding of new controllers, including but not limited to; conduct orientation and initial onboarding classroom training, in-seat training, coordinate site activities for initial visit to site, introductions to key stakeholders;
About YouIdeally you will have:- Relevant Trade or Engineering Qualification (Diesel Mechanic / Auto Electrician / HV Electrician / Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer)
- 5+ years mining equipment maintenance experience
- Experience in remote equipment health monitoring
- Experience monitoring mobile mining equipment condition
- Experience with Minecare or Minestar (Mining)
