Isu Billing & Invoicing Functional Consultant

Candidates must be Melbourne based - Permanent Opportunity!
Work as an ISU Billing & Invoicing Functional Consultant with a leading IT Consulting firm based out of Melbourne.
Responsibilities and Skills required include:
Good understanding of Utilities Meter-to-Cash process.
Hands on experience of SAP ISU Billing & Invoicing process
Thorough understanding of exception, BPEM and Print workbench.
Good understanding of Integration with other SAP ISU modules, external applications.
Understanding of the ISU Batch processes.
Thoroughly understand the various aspects of a BAU / Service Management process; understanding of IT SLA process.
Conversant in working in Service Management Tool
Good communication both verbal and written.
