About the role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Functional Lead with extensive experience in Microsoft Power Platform to drive the development and implementation of innovative business solutions. This role is pivotal in providing leadership and strategic direction across multiple delivery and support squads within the technology domain.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design, development, and customisation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to meet overall strategic business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop custom applications and workflows.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Power Platform projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, integration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices in solution architecture, data integrity, and security.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower end-users and enhance adoption of Power Platform solutions.

Your understanding of business process automation, custom application development, and data analytics will be valuable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Scaled Agile Framework knowledge.
- 10+ years proven experience as a Senior Functional Lead or similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Excellent understanding of business process automation, custom application development, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Advanced strategic thinking capabilities effective at managing change and multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
