Purpose of Position:
- Develop and innovate new digital products for the legal industry and internal business, emphasising user experience optimisation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, requiring adept documentation and client-facing skills.
- Spearhead strategic projects and development initiatives to enhance business operations and foster innovation.
- Gather and document scope and requirements, research solution options, analyse issues, and test development.
- Work closely with IT team, supporting core applications, liaising with developers, and performing liaison duties.
- Lead project teams, define user personas and interface, develop storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Provide graphic interface and visual design, assess usability, conduct user training, and process testing.
- Identify faults and optimisation opportunities, liaise with stakeholders, and develop user guides and documentation.
- Ensure alignment with IT and business strategies, support team collaboration, and adhere to organisational values.
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Computing Science, or similar.
- 2+ years of experience in wireframing, rapid prototyping, visual design, and commercial Business Analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills.
Desirable:
- In-depth knowledge of Software Development Methodologies.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
