SalaryNewly created role for a Senior Business Analyst working in the Financial Services sector.More specifically you will be working in the Insurance sector, but you do not need to come the Insurance space to be successful in this position.What the client does need though is a Senior BA who can provide leadership and can proactively negotiate on requirements with business areas. A Business Analyst who is well-rounded and has worked in different methodologies and has exposure to solving various business problems.Skill set / Experience needed -Operating at a Senior Business Analyst level.Experience working on system implementation and improvement projects (Application Development).Strong documentation skills - Writing Policy & Procedure documentation.Experience working on system implementation and improvement projects.Proven background working with developers / creating technical documentation.Experienced working with senior leadership teams / managing expectations.Experienced across the complete SDLC / full autonomy of project delivery.Development of requirements / specifications and conducting testing activities.Provide support towards the delivery of the Enterprise Architecture strategy.Experience working across business process improvement initiatives.Provide data analysis and data quality support.Participate in release management, ensuring all governance steps are completed.Strong vendor management.Support the continued development of business applications.Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.Any cyber security project experience will be beneficial.Any insurance / insurance system experience will be beneficial (Duck Creek / Guidewire).Comfortable working in a lean, fast paced environment.This is a terrific role that also offers terrific benefits - Workplace flexibility (WFH), Bonus scheme, Life Insurance, Continuance Insurance + many other discounts and allowances.
