Awesome opportunity to join one of the leading healthcare and pharmaceutical businesses in APAC as they scale. They are a highly successful enterprise business, going through a vast transformation, and looking for an IT Change & Communications Lead to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Projects, this role is critical to ensure that the business accepts and is ready to take on the initiative or proposed change as part of IT Change and Transformation Programs. The role will own the change journey, bring leadership and employee communication expertise that is focussed on accelerating change and building change capability.
The role will be responsible for setting up all required frameworks, governance and processes ensuring the effective and efficient management of the change workstream. Also identify and manage key cross dependencies and develop change strategies to support.
Must haves for the role:
- 3-5 years change management experience in a complex and changing environment, and across a range of business contexts is essential.
- 3-5 years experience in an IT environment is crucial, the successful candidate has to have a deep understanding of IT technologies and principles to ensure effective communication.
- Experience working across all phases of the systems development life cycle (from business case development to implementation and benefits realisation).
- Proven experience in producing and managing effective communications to continuously keep end-users informed and up to date on changes, initiatives and milestones through various channels including emails, intranet, mailing lists, training etc.
- Proven experience working with IT project teams, sponsors, and key internal and external stakeholders across different projects, initiatives and communications needed. The role may also provide change management coaching and support to project managers and team members.
- Experience managing a Change Network to deliver and support the changes and communication within the teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven experience in producing media releases, training manuals and visualisations from scratch.
- Experience managing multiple ongoing and concurrent projects and initiatives.
