An exciting opportunity exists to join our Enabling Services team as an IT Configuration Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.
We are flexible for this position to be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, as long as you can attend our office at least once a week.

As an IT Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for the establishment, monitoring and continuous improvement of the IT Configuration Management practice, process, tool, and governance mechanisms that support the provision of services provided to the organisation
You will take primary accountability for the development, recommendation, governance, and standard practices for IT Configuration Management within Australian Retirement Trust, whilst also supporting key stakeholders, ensuring that IT Configuration Management processes and procedures are adhered to.

This role is available as a full-time, permanent opportunity.
About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Demonstrated experience in an IT Configuration Management role and function within a corporate business environment.
- Competence within Service Now and developing and executing continuous improvement plans.
- Experience and working knowledge of common services data model CSDM
- Experience in designing, implementing, and leading the IT Configuration Management practice
- Strong interpersonal, both written and oral communications skills including the ability to negotiate, consult and liaise with business, technical and supplier personnel on complex and technical IT issues.
- Ability to develop and present reports, submissions, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
