We are looking for an experienced IT Data Manager to join our team in Scoresby, Melbourne.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead data conversion activities including cleansing, archiving, validation, transformation, and migration of data from legacy ERP to SAP.
- Define the Data Strategy for a large organisation moving to S/4 HANA.
- Define common measurement framework (KPIs, KDDs) in partnership with business.
- Data Mining: Extract insights from data by identifying relationships and patterns. Using a suite of data exploration and data visualization techniques to understand the underlying structure of the data and enable sound conclusions upon model building.
- Enable development by partner data scientists of analytical or machine learning models to generate predictive insights used in solving business questions.
- Predictive and Statistical Modelling
- Provides expertise and leadership, coaching and direction of data analysts across the organization.
- Support data and data governance audits within assigned domains;
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Degree qualified in IT, data analytics or a relevant field.
- At least seven years' experience in Data Management and Big Data Analytics.
- Experience in SAP data migration and data models.
- Experience in S/4HANA Embedded Analytics preferred.
- Experience in Snowflake and/or Databricks.
- Experience working in a large complex organisation.
