It End User Support Engineer

Your new company A growing Cloud Managed Service Provider in Melbourne's South-East requires a Level 2 End User Support Engineer for a permanent opportunity, assigned to one of their clients in Clayton, commencing immediately. Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be:
Providing 2 nd level remote and onsite IT support for clients.
Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve high level IT issues escalated within the Service Desk.
Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
Supporting the Technical Account Manager in Melbourne client site visits.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:
Demonstrated experience in providing level 2 IT support.
Sound knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Intune / Jamf MDM, Windows Server, Backup technologies, VoIP and Network troubleshooting.
Experience with Freshservice and/or Autotask is advantageous.
Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA certifications are beneficial.
Prior experience working within Managed Services, Aged Care, Healthcare or Education is highly advantageous.
Current driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
