About the role
The IT Coordinator role is a newly created position which is responsible for supporting the IT Manager to maintain and manage CAL’s information technology systems and networks. They ensure the functionality and efficiency of computer and network systems by establishing protocols, providing technical support, and advising on IT matters.

You will be responsible for:
- Be committed to delivering quality customer service,
- Work cooperatively and positively within your team and service providers to support change in relation to products and services and ensure customer satisfaction,
- Work effectively within contractual service boundaries to ensure an exceptional customer experience,
- Provide basic technology training and support to staff and students using customer's preferred communication channel,
- Software and web application set up, maintenance, updates and support,
- Salesforce administration,
- IT & Project support
You will have:
- InfoSystems experience and experience with integrations
- Knowledge of web server setup/maintenance
- Experience working within a CRM
- Experience in an IT Helpdesk or systems administrator role
- Good understanding of a basic IT Principles across network, server and desktop environments
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, etc)
- Strong ability to follow documented procedures, prioritise tasks, and self-manage workload
- Possess well developed interpersonal and communications skills and adapt to customer's preferred communication channel and style.
- Proven ability to work within a high performing team environment by working flexibly and being responsive to changing business needs.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer service, and the ability to deliver successful outcomes within specified timeframes.
- Sound communication and interpersonal abilities with people at all levels, either by phone, email or directly
- High level of customer focus with a strong belief in achievement
- Willingness to learn and desire to be trained in new ideas and techniques
