The Technician is responsible for ensuring completion of all IT tasks in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including undertaking Field site visits, as required.

Position Title:                           IT Technician - Field Technician (Entry Level)

Work Location:                             Albury, NSW

Position Reports To:                    Head of Operations

Position Liaises With:                 All technicians, Senior Technical Manager, 

Key Accountabilities

1. Autonomously complete work onsite as well as jobs directed by Help of Operations in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
2. Analysing technical issues within an office environment and implementing solutions/preventative measures.

1. Willingness to learn and problem solve.
2. Ability to demonstrate technical tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Ability to liaise with external clients on all technical requirements.
4. Ability to work within a team environment but also alone.
5. A personable nature with the ability to relay information in person or over the phone.

Experience and/or Qualifications

1. Problem solving mindset
2. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of basic hardware is required.
3. Friendly personality

Salary + Work Roster
$51,000k per year + super + fully maintained company vehicle inc personal use
