IT Support Technician – Western Sydney
Contract: 3 months (likely extensions to follow), start ASAP, $600 - $640 inc. super, p/d.
We are looking for an IT Support Technician who has extensive experience but not limited to: end user support, network devices installation/ configuration and ITSM systems at an enterprise level. Combine this with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills to operate in a high growth, highly agile, fast paced environment.
Provide front line IT support to an enterprise level distribution centre based in Minchinbury.
Outline of duties and responsibilities:
End User Support:
- User Account creation/ troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot application access issues
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues
- Physical support of the device including patch deployment, connectivity
- SOE Build for DC office user device
- Installation new PCs and Laptops including applications
- Onboarding of users
- Support of Warehouse scanners, printers and special tablets (Windows 10)
- Moves/adds/changes
- Handset programming (both VOIP and DECT)
- Manage Google Hangout meet room devices
- Assist users with meeting room I.T. device setup
- Ability to use the Incident/Problem application to allocate and update incident tick assignments (ServiceNow)
- Microsoft Windows 10 administration and basic network support certification
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years solid experience working face to face with users
- Self motivated customer friendly attitude
